Dr Farmah's broader philosophy in aesthetics has always been that honest assessment matters more than a sale. That approach transfers directly to hair restoration.

Medical Background
Dr Farmah qualified in medicine at St Matthew's University (MBBS, 2008) and spent the early part of his career in NHS psychiatry, working across community crisis teams, early intervention services and secure inpatient units in Birmingham. He became a Member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists in 2013 and practised as a Consultant Psychiatrist before leaving the NHS to found Dr Aesthetica in 2017.
That clinical background is not incidental to what he does at Hair Revive. Psychiatric training involves, above everything else, learning to understand people, not just conditions. The patients who come to Hair Revive are not presenting with a number on a scale or a scan result. They are dealing with something that affects how they see themselves every day. Dr Farmah understood that long before he understood exosomes.

Why Hair Restoration
Dr Farmah's interest in hair loss developed through his broader aesthetic practice at Dr Aesthetica, where growth factor microneedling and exosome therapy for hair loss became an increasing part of the clinical work.
He saw consistently that patients seeking hair loss treatment were often poorly served: misdiagnosed, sold on treatments that were not appropriate for their condition, or simply not examined properly before anything was agreed.
Hair Revive was built to be different in that specific way.
One specialist treatment (the E 50-H exosome protocol), offered to the patients it suits, under full clinical oversight, with a proper assessment before anything is agreed.
If a patient is not suitable for exosome therapy, they are told so at consultation and pointed towards what is appropriate for their case.
