Not A Study. Our Own Patients.
Almost everything written about exosome therapy for hair loss comes from somewhere else. A manufacturer’s trial, a small study in another country, a summary of a summary. Useful, but it is not us, and it is not you.
So we started keeping our own record. Every patient who has the treatment is scanned at the start and scanned again as they go, on the same machine, in the same clinic. We now have complete before and after scan data for 37 people. Seven of those stories are written up in full below, in the order it happened, with the figures we wrote down at the time.

These are individual outcomes, not a promise. Results differ from person to person, and seven patients are seven patients.
Every scan was taken on the same machine, in the same clinic. That is what makes the before and after figures comparable to each other.
Each write-up says where the change clears the scanner’s measurement noise. A small movement in a score is not the same as a real one, and we say which is which.
One of the seven had more than one treatment at the same time. That case is labelled as a combination, because we cannot tell you which part did the work.
Exosome therapy works best where the follicle is still present but thinning. That is why everyone is assessed before anything is booked, and why we will tell you if you are not a good candidate.
